Job Description - Business Development Representative German / English

Business Development Representative — German (C2) / English B2 — Hybrid, Kraków

Be the spark that brightens days and ignite your career as a Business Development Representative working hybrid in Kraków, Poland. Join a high‑energy sales team focused on consultative selling for cloud‑based technology clients and help build long‑term customer relationships.

What you'll do

Prospect and develop accounts using a consultative, relationship‑first approach.

Identify and qualify sales opportunities, recommend solutions, prepare quotes, and negotiate to close deals.

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.

Engage with decision makers (SMBs to C‑level) to assess needs and propose cloud‑based solutions.

Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve customer needs and support onboarding.

Monitor market and product trends to advise customers confidently.

What we're looking for

German — C2 (native or equivalent); flawless verbal and written communication.

English — minimum B2 (verbal and written).

1+ years of sales experience with proven prospecting, negotiating, and closing skills.

Experience communicating with senior stakeholders and developing long‑term partnerships.

Basic understanding of cloud‑based software and technology solutions.

Solution‑oriented mindset and ability to work independently and in a team.

Reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kraków area.
