Business Helpdesk Agent with German

You will be the first point of contact for users of procurement systems, supporting their daily work and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

• Support users in procurement tools


• Respond to queries and resolve issues


• Manage system access and authorizations


• Cooperate with IT and follow up on tickets


• Maintain and update data


• Create and improve knowledge materials


• Handle administrative and ad-hoc tasks

• At least 2 years of experience (procurement, supply chain, sales or similar)


• Good command of German and English


• Experience with systems (e.g. SAP or similar)


• Detail-oriented and well-organized


• Problem-solving mindset
