Business Intelligence Analyst

Currently we are looking for a BI Analyst to make the team even stronger.

Tasks and responsibilities: 

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.


• Perform exploratory and descriptive analytics to support business decisions.


• Develop KPIs and performance metrics aligned with business goals.


• Design and build dashboards and reports (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).


• Automate recurring reporting for departments such as product, marketing, and operations.


• Deliver insights in clear and actionable visualizations.


• Translate data findings into business recommendations.


• Collaborate with stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Operations) to define analytical needs.


• Support strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews.

You have:

• 2+ years in BI, Data Analysis, or related field.


• Proven experience building dashboards and reports for business use.


• Strong SQL (complex joins, aggregations, CTEs).


• Experience with Tableau, Power BI.


• Understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.


• Solid Excel/Sheets skills for quick analysis.


• English - B2+

A big plus: familiarity with Python/R and cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake).

You are:

• Skilled at defining and tracking KPIs and funnels.


• Able to turn data into actionable insights.


• Comfortable presenting results to non-technical teams.


• Business-oriented with attention to accuracy.
