Business Intelligence Expert

We are an AWS and Azure certified team of software engineers focused on Cloud native application development and software engineering. We work in an Agile way and pay a lot of attention to code quality, we do peer code reviews and use pair programming when appropriate. If you join us, you can expect to get proficient with AWS, Azure and work in a challenging project delivered for some Fortune 500 companies as well as start-ups.

For one of our clients we are looking for a Business Intelligence Expert with approximately 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of Power BI, experience with Big Data, relational databases, and proficiency in programming with Python and/or R. We seek someone with high seniority, independence, proactivity, and excellent communication skills who can quickly integrate into the project and the organization and withstand a fast-paced work environment.

The project is planned for 4-6 months, starting in August 2024.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Developing Power BI reports for business and senior management to monitor the efficiency of operational processes supporting the SME business (such areas as speed and accuracy of contract verification acquired from the partner network, SLA maintenance level for inquiries/complaints/internal and external tasks, speed and accuracy of the settlement process and its impact on cash flow, bad debt level, etc.).
• Collaborating with operational units to understand the business context and with Business Analysts working within organisation on substantive matters.
• Technologies we use: Power BI, SQL, Python, R, Big Query, Jira

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of Power BI and SQL
• Experience working with Big Data and relational databases
• Experience in developing reports for senior management
• Proficiency in programming with Python and/or R
• Experience with Big Query
• Experience working with Jira
• Independence and proactivity
• Strong analytical skills
