Business Support Data Analyst - Talent Pool

Provides support and advice through value-added analysis to BS team. Perform all aspects of building interactive dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Support regular and ad-hoc reporting and presentations to management. Develop self-service reporting tools and improve access to recurring data needs. Automate and maintain internal reporting systems for leadership teams. Support the implementation, automation, and validation of operational workflows across the BS function in EMEA. Experience in reports generation, business analysis and implementation for management reporting Proficiency in Excel (advanced level essential) and PowerPoint. Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau (Power BI preferred). Practical experience in data automation (Microsoft tools like Power App, power automate) or scripting (e.g.VBA) Strong communication and presentation skills in English (other European languages are a plus).
