Business Systems Engineer III (Coupa, Certa)

You will develop, administer, and optimize Coupa and Certa platforms, driving efficiency, compliance, and scalability in procurement and e-billing operations. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience with integration platforms like SnapLogic and API-based workflows. Ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into system requirements Experience integrating procurement systems with ERP platforms like NetSuite. Experience in enterprise systems for industries like SaaS, finance, or tech is preferred Developing, configuring, and customising enterprise solutions, specifically with Coupa, Certa, and Concur platforms, to align with procurement policies and financial objectives Providing post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, resolving system issues, and ensuring continuous monitoring and optimisation of the Coupa, Certa, and Concur solutions to meet evolving business needs Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across procurement workflows, collaborating with vendors to address complex challenges. Lead testing efforts (QA, regression) and develop test scripts for system changes to ensure seamless deployments. Automate and enhance procurement workflows, focusing on vendor onboarding, purchase orders, invoicing, and payment approvals. Expertise in release management for finance applications, ensuring efficient deployment, version control, and smooth integration of financial systems and updates. Configure procurement systems to ensure compliance with SOX controls and audit requirements. Generate reports to support compliance reviews and maintain data integrity across financial operations. Provide training and promote best practices to stakeholders, fostering a knowledge-sharing culture.
