Business Systems Engineer III (Netsuite, Kyriba)

As the NetSuite and Kyriba Developer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining NetSuite ERP and Kyriba treasury management system integrations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in both platforms, strong programming skills, and a proven ability to develop customizations, automate processes, and optimize system performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and IT, ensuring that NetSuite and Kyriba systems work seamlessly and efficiently to meet business objectives. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience as a developer in NetSuite ERP (SuiteScript 1.0/2.x, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteBundler). 2+ years of experience working with Kyriba Treasury Management System and related financial modules. Proven experience in system integration, including working with APIs, Web Services, and other integration technologies. Experience developing and maintaining custom applications, workflows, reports, and saved searches in NetSuite. Familiarity with financial processes, including accounts payable, receivable, treasury, and bank integration, Cash management and liquidity is a strong plus. Strong knowledge of JavaScript (SuiteScript 1.0/2.x), SQL, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services. Experience with Kyriba APIs (REST, SOAP), file-based integrations (CSV, XML). Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.) and reporting tools. Knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, SuiteBundler, Saved Searches. HTML, CSS, and basic web technologies. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy. Experience with cloud-based integrations (e.g., API platforms, middleware tools). Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). Design, develop, and implement custom NetSuite solutions, including SuiteScript (1.0 and 2.x), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBundler. Create and maintain saved searches, custom fields, workflows, reports, and dashboards to optimize business processes. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite integrations, custom scripts, and workflows. Optimize NetSuite system performance and ensure scalability. Maintain and enhance existing NetSuite applications, ensuring compatibility with new versions and updates. Develop and configure Kyriba solutions, including Treasury, Payments, Bank Connectivity, and Cash Management modules. Build custom integrations between Kyriba and other systems (e.g., ERP, banks, payment providers) using APIs, Web Services, and file-based integration. Leverage Kyriba's treasury and cash management functionalities to streamline financial operations. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between Kyriba and other third-party systems. Integrate NetSuite with other enterprise applications and financial systems (including Kyriba, banks, and external APIs). Develop automated processes for data flows between NetSuite and Kyriba, enhancing operational efficiency. Implement and maintain batch jobs, data transfers, and reconciliations between NetSuite and Kyriba platforms. Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, and IT teams to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide ongoing support for both NetSuite and Kyriba systems, addressing incidents, requests, and optimization needs. Document and maintain technical specifications, system architecture, and user guides. Ensure that both NetSuite and Kyriba systems comply with security best practices and internal controls. Regularly review system performance and implement improvements where necessary to enhance efficiency and stability.
