Change Management Senior Expert 

Position Purpose

The role is responsible for facilitating change management & communication activities, for Change Management As A Service. The incumbent uses change and agile methodologies for Bayer Global Business Services leveraging Bayer’s change and agile coaching approach. He/her/they participates actively in one or more project(s) that require change management.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

• Provide change management support for organizational, transformation, and cultural change initiatives.


• Develop and execute change strategies aligned with business needs and project objectives.


• Prepare and implement key change management plans, including communication, sponsor, coaching, training, and resistance management plans.


• Assess organizational impacts, stakeholder needs, and readiness for change using structured methodologies.


• Monitor adoption, engagement, and change success metrics to evaluate effectiveness and guide adjustments.


• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and sustainable adoption.


• Demonstrates awareness of AI-driven change impacts and applies AI tools and practices to improve change adoption, stakeholder readiness, and business effectiveness.


• Support multiple projects flexibly in line with evolving business priorities. Act under the logic of Dynamic Resource Flow

Who You Are: 

• University degree preferably HR Management, Psychology, Marketing, Business Management, or other relevant courses.


• 1-2 years’ work experience in change & communication using change management methodologies.


• Experience in presenting to senior management.


• Use of Agile Methodologies.


• Familiarity with AI tools


• Strong Stakeholder Engagement competency.


• Trained in Project Management (a plus).


• Strong knowledge of change management frameworks, methods, and tools.


• Ability to design and execute effective change plans and interventions.


• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.


• Experience with change impact assessment, readiness analysis, and adoption support.


• Ability to measure change effectiveness through relevant metrics and reporting.


• Good project coordination and organizational skills.


• Adaptability, collaboration, and a solution-oriented mindset.

At Bayer, we are committed to transparency, equal pay for equal work or work of equal value, and objective reward practices.

The minimum gross monthly salary for this role is 10.480,00 PLN. The final salary will be determined based on objective factors such as professional experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility.

This position is be eligible for variable pay components, such as annual or performance-based bonuses, awarded in accordance with the applicable employee group, role scope, and compensation structure.
