Today, as a part of the sector leader S4BT Group, we support 500k+ business users making thousands of bookings a day.
We are seeking a Change Manager who can lead and drive Goelett’s change initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, structures, and ways of working. Following a strategic and empathetic approach, the ideal candidate brings a mindset focused on organizational transformation, effective communication across diverse cultural contexts, and the ability to mitigate resistance while fostering engagement. This role is perfect for a professional who thrives at guiding mindset shifts, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and shaping high-performing, resilient, and adaptive organizations.
Work model: hybrid (3 days in the office + 2 days remote / weekly) - office located in Warsaw, PL.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with the organization’s transformation objectives.
Identify key stakeholders, change impacts, and potential resistance points.
Design measurable success metrics for change adoption.
Communication & Engagement:
Develop clear, compelling communication plans for employees and stakeholders, ensuring consistent messaging throughout the transformation.
Promote understanding of the purpose, benefits, and impact of the new structure and processes.
Facilitate two-way communication to gather feedback, address concerns, and manage dissatisfaction.
Stakeholder & Employee Support:
Work closely with leaders to foster change readiness and capability across teams.
Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to encourage adoption of new ways of working.
Promote cultural awareness and inclusivity during the change process.
Process Standardization & Implementation:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement standardized processes globally.
Ensure alignment of practices across regions while respecting cultural differences and local constraints.
Mindset & Culture Change:
Drive initiatives that encourage mindset shifts aligned with organizational goals.
Inspire employees to embrace change and see the purpose behind new structures and processes.
Monitor organizational climate and proactively address resistance or disengagement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in change management in a global or multicultural environment.
Strong understanding of organizational development, change frameworks, and stakeholder management.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage complex transformations and balance strategic and operational priorities.
Experience in managing resistance, employee engagement, and cultural diversity.
Familiarity with tools and methodologies for change management and process standardization.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field; Master’s preferred.
Change Management certification is a plus.
