Do you want to join the party?

• Lead all accounting operations in the Polish entity, ensuring compliance with local GAAP and IFRS.
• Manage and mentor the accounting team (internal and external resources), overseeing daily bookkeeping, payroll, and tax activities.
• Own the preparation and submission of statutory financial statements and tax returns (VAT, CIT), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Act as the main point of contact for external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Review and validate payroll calculations, per diems, and related employee payments in collaboration with a third-party payroll provider.
• Oversee and enhance month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate reporting to the global finance team.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management, based on data-driven analysis and reports.
• Drive process improvements and automation within the accounting function, optimizing workflows and internal controls.
• Ensure proper documentation and audit trails in accordance with local and international compliance requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Legal, and global finance teams to support business growth and operational excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent qualification is a strong advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial management, including at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory position.
• Extensive knowledge of Polish accounting standards, tax regulations, and labor law.
• Experience in working with IFRS and financial reporting in international or tech-oriented companies.
• Proven track record of managing audits, financial statements, and tax inspections.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting systems (NetSuite is a plus).
• Strong English and Polish skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
