Clinical Specialist IVUS

• As the responsible person for product introduction and procedural support in your area, you will document the entire process while ensuring close customer care.
• Even though you will be working independently, you will collaborate closely with our sales team to facilitate optimal exchange and provide the best possible customer support.
• You will actively participate in congresses and conferences to expand your network, further educate yourself and attract potential new customers.
• On a monthly basis, you will create comprehensive reports on territory development, update the status of sales activities and be responsible for prepparing and participating in regular communication, including entering current performance data before a meeting.
• Your responsibilities also include capturing the conversion rate of conducted procedures as well as subsequent orders, both those with and without orders.

• Putting the needs of your customers and the well-being of patients at the forefront is always your priority.
• You have a strong understanding of available imaging technology, including IVUS, and experience in providing daily customer support.
• Your exceptional motivation to actively tackle tasks, think and act innovatively and your seamless adaption to change are outstanding.
• You have a strong network in the field of interventional or structural cardiology and you are ready to actively expand it.
