We are a growing team looking for a Collections Representative in the Finance Operations department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Wroclaw office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO …

As a Collections Representative you will work with a diverse range of customers and offices to resolve issues and collect on aging invoices. This role provides an exciting opportunity to build relationships and utilize critical thinking skills to address collections challenges. In this role you will: 

• Utilize problem solving and critical thinking skills to determine root cause of aging invoices


• Analyze and monitor company's accounts receivable balance


• Cooperate with internal stakeholders to improve company's OTC indicator


• Leverage systems functionality and established processes to resolve aging invoices


• Contribute in establishing new dunning system and process


• Build professional relationships with customers and provide timely service 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …

• Experience in a similar position would be nice to have


• High School Diploma or GED equivalent


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs, good knowledge of Excel


• Effective and flexible communication skills


• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills


• Critical thinking skills and demonstrated ability to use own judgement and make sound decisions


• Ability to work in fast-paced, professional, and deadline driven environment


• Values a diverse and inclusive work environment


• Fluent Polish and English
