What you will do

• Ensure the team handle and process daily collections and cash application activities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Collections Specialists to ensure efficient, consistent, and compliant execution of all collection activities.

• Provide daily operational guidance, remove blockers, and ensure clarity of priorities aligned with weekly and monthly cash‑collection targets.

• Ensure all reminders, dunning letters, payment plan offers, and follow‑ups are issued accurately and on time.

• Drive follow‑through until full resolution to prevent reoccurring issues.

• Manage liability efforts and associated functions, process accounts receivable transactions

• Work with relevant team to address main debtors and drive for resolution

• Perform HR tasks to support team members, regular performance reviews and team member development and growth

Who you are

You have strong leadership skills with proven experience. You have analytical and problem-solving skills. You have excellent organization skills and are able to communicate effectively with team members, clients and other stakeholders.

• Degree in accounting or a related field

• 2+ years work experience as Collections Supervisor

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

• Demonstrate ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace

• Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proven experience with collections, invoicing, and/or accounts receivable

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications in particular Excel

• Multi-lingual - English is required, other European languages are desirable
