Communication & PR Manager

We are looking for an experienced Communication & PR professional who will be responsible for strengthening brand visibility and managing external and internal communication. In this role, you will coordinate marketing campaigns, media relations, PR activities and communication events, while working closely with agencies, internal teams and the manufacturer’s marketing representatives.

You will

• Develop and implement external and internal communication strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
• Coordinate ATL and BTL communication activities, including advertising campaigns, events and product launches.
• Manage relationships with advertising, digital, social media, media and event agencies.
• Act as the main point of contact for local and national media, including responding to journalists' inquiries and organizing interviews, press conferences and test drives.
• Prepare press releases, PR articles, presentations, speeches, advertising briefs and other communication materials.
• Adapt national advertising campaigns to local and dealer needs.
• Coordinate communication with Sales and Aftersales teams to ensure they are aligned with ongoing marketing campaigns.
• Maintain close cooperation with the manufacturer's marketing team and ensure local activities are aligned with brand requirements.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and brand-related communication to evaluate campaign and communication performance.
• Coordinate internal and external communication events, including press launches, new product/model launches and company conventions.

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Communications, PR, Advertising or a similar role.
• University degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience working with media, advertising/PR agencies and external communication partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging communication materials.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Advanced English.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Creative and innovative approach to communication.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Driving licence (Category B).
