Compliance AML Risk Mgmt Sr Analyst - C12 - WARSAW

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analytics Lead Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing data analytics and data modelling team. In this role, you will leverage your experience in data exploration, governance and visualization to drive a robust data model and data sourcing strategy to drive business insights and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define solutions with technology to collect and analyse large datasets from an identified data source to host and deliver data to business teams.
• Design and implement dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define metrics and monitor performance.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries and document data models to support reporting needs.
• Communicate data findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business analysts, technology engineering and product teams to support data-driven initiatives.
• Identify data-quality issues and contribute to data governance and standardization efforts.
• Resolves occasionally complex and highly variable issues.
• Build content related to the data projects he/she is working on and work with the SharePoint administrator to deliver the content on the SharePoint.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a data sourcing, reporting and / or governance role.
• Solid experience in the banking sector and understanding of Citi’s businesses is a must.
• Good command of SQL and Python and data models is a must.
• Experience in Tableau would be an advantage.
• Good command of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to present technical data and concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to communicate with colleagues in other areas.
