We are a data-driven content group. By bringing together the worlds of data and creativity, our creative smart asses make effective content for brands. On platforms like YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. We do this with our labels 5pm and Lijm Amsterdam.
From our offices in Amsterdam, Stockholm, Cape Town, Warsaw and Milano we bring different people, perspectives and talents together – united by the same mindset: data drives us to be different. As a Content Creative at team5pm you’ll be responsible for:

As a Concept Creative at team5pm Warsaw, you lead the creative work for projects, guiding them from start to finish for the client. Your main job is to create ideas for campaigns and commercials that meet and exceed our clients' expectations. For big Polish campaigns, you work with the team of creatives in Amsterdam. Working closely with the Warsaw team and various directors, you'll make these ideas come true, ensuring the production of high-quality content. Your presence on set is very important to keep quality high and handle any unexpected problems that may come up.

As our ideal Content Creative you’ll bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

• 5 years minimum relevant work experience, preferably at an agency

• Has a super creative mind for original concepts and innovative ideas

• Is an excellent storyteller who can write well and has a great sense of art direction

• Gets that working for an agency means convincing clients, so killer presentation skills are a must to sell the idea

• Is fluent in Polish and English
