Your Role

RPM Europe is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Content Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and a proven track record of developing and executing successful content and email marketing campaigns across the European Union. This role requires a deep understanding of GDPR, a creative and analytical mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Development: Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that drive engagement and generate leads across multiple digital platforms and verticals.
• Full-Funnel Marketing: Design and implement demand generation and lead generation tactics that guide prospects through the entire marketing funnel, from awareness to consideration to conversion.
• Email Marketing & GDPR Compliance: Create, manage, and optimize targeted email marketing campaigns. Ensure all email marketing activities are fully compliant with GDPR regulations, including managing consents, subscriber lists, and data protection best practices.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to identify and vet earned media opportunities, and to traffic relevant messaging across all communication channels and assets.
• Research & Insights: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and audience insights to inform and support the editorial calendar and overall business objectives.
• Team & Project Management: Manage the daily workload and prioritization for internal team members and freelance/contract contributors, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Campaign Execution: Execute integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of digital and traditional tactics, including events, editorial content, videos, paid search, social media, and public relations.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on content and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Expectations:

• A strong and persuasive communicator with exceptional storytelling abilities and a passion for brand advocacy.
• A result-oriented individual who can influence stakeholders, navigate challenges, and develop innovative solutions.
• You are articulate in both spoken and written communication and have a good general education. Bilingual and business-fluent in English and Polish are a must; any additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Gdansk, PL
  
   

Preferred Qualifications 

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in consumer brand marketing, with a preference for omnichannel experience.
• In-depth knowledge of GDPR principles and their practical application in email marketing and data handling is essential.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation software is highly desirable
