Job Description - Controller One Miele Finance

Your responsibilities

participation in a group financial project from MGS side (tests, implementation, support);
tracking data completeness and executing plausibility controls;
maintaining local controlling master data;
performing CO month-end-closing activities (including top-down distributions and assessment cycles);
preparation of reports for the local sales companies;
second level support for user questions of serviced entities.

Our requirements

background in finance & accounting, economics or business administration, with a university degree in business focused on accounting or finance, plus 1–3 years additional experience in management reporting/controlling;
communicative in English with good communication skills;
proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data modeling (basic knowledge of Power Query is welcomed, though not mandatory);
hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems, particularly in finance and controlling modules (experience with SAP S/4HANA is a significant plus);
strong technical aptitude for data analysis, with the ability to work with large and complex datasets, identify data inconsistencies and anomalies, translate raw data into actionable insights, as well as automate and streamline reporting processes;
high attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, service orientation with high commitment and resilience;
ability to identify and communicate potentials for process improvements.
