CORE Contract-to-Cash Pricing & Commercial Agreements Deployment Manager

The CORE (Customer Oriented Resilient Enterprise) program is a major transformation for Bayer, designed to help us operate as a best‑in‑class, end‑to‑end business. It is built on a modern, resilient technical backbone (S/4HANA) that supports a seamless experience for our customers, suppliers, and employees. CORE is a multi‑year, business‑driven, IT‑enabled global initiative. We are looking for passionate and diverse people who want to join our cross‑divisional, cross‑functional team

Main responsibilities:

• Deploy & govern the CORE Pricing & Commercial Agreements global template to multiple countries and divisions, by e.g.:


• Preparing and driving workshops concerning implementation of CORE template for Pricing, Discounts and Rebate/Commission processes


• Gathering requirements, driving fit/gap analysis and collaborating with the solution design teams


• Owning process documentation


• Proactively testing new functionalities, including coordinating Functional Integration- and User Acceptance Testing


• Coordinating with global and local stakeholders throughout the change journey, including training and OCM


• Managing project cutover, data migration and hypercare       

Core competences and skills:

• Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with focus on Order-to-Cash or Supply Chain Management


• 5+ years of experience in Contract-to-Cash or Supply Chain Management, in particular managing operational Pricing and Commercial Agreements processes in SAP


• Profound understanding of SAP Pricing concepts and functionalities as well as Rebate / Commission processes


• English: fluent in speech and writing, Spanish beneficial


• Strong communication and presentation skills


• Proactive can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills


• Advanced experience with SAP, preferably S/4HANA


• Ability to embrace change and be able to work in a fast-paced changing environment


• Willingness and availability to travel internationally


• Advanced MS Office

At Bayer, we are committed to transparency, equal pay for equal work or work of equal value, and objective reward practices.

The minimum gross monthly salary for this role is 12 400 PLN. The final salary will be determined based on objective factors such as professional experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility.

This position is eligible for variable pay components, such as annual or performance-based bonuses, awarded in accordance with the applicable employee group, role scope, and compensation structure.
