Corporate Recruiter

Our recruitment team is growing and we are looking for an onsite Recruiter who will be actively searching for creative people worldwide.

Job Overview:

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for screening and scheduling interviews for potential talents. As well, you will be part of the recruitment team, building a candidate pipeline, coordinating with job boarders and working closely with the employer branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screening and scheduling interviews for potential candidates


• Actively hunting and attracting candidates


• Supporting corporate recruiters with hard-to-fill positions


• Taking part in new projects of the Talent Attraction team


• Evaluating candidates by sending test tasks


• Creating and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.


• Posting vacancies on job portals


• Using different sourcing strategies to attract talents


• Interviewing candidates for operational positions


• Working closely with the employer branding team to attract top talents


• Collaborating with hiring managers


• Handling the pre-onboarding and preparing the onboarding process for new joiners


• Controlling all the external job advertisements for the operational positions


• Being the main contact with external job boarders


• Posting vacancies on job portals


• Researching and registering in new job boards


• Handling monthly, weekly and quarterly reports


• Using Boolean search to look for talents for hard-to-fill roles

• Proven experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates


• Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques


• Fluent English


• Excellent Communication skills


• Teamwork skills


• Researching and headhunting skills


• Knowledge in recruitment techniques


• Applicant tracking system
