As ERM’s Country Manager for Poland, you will be at the forefront of driving national impact for the world’s largest pure-play sustainability consultancy. This is a high‑visibility leadership role for a seasoned Manager or Executive ready to elevate ERM’s market presence, accelerate business growth, and influence the sustainability agenda across Poland’s most critical industries. You will shape strategy, champion innovation, and lead a high‑performing team delivering transformative environmental and sustainability solutions to top-tier clients.

What You’ll Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• At least 10 years of experience in environmental consulting, sustainability, or a relevant industry.
• Demonstrated leadership success—building teams, scaling operations, and driving commercial growth.
• Deep understanding of the Polish market and regulatory environment.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Full fluency in Polish and English.
• Readiness to travel within Poland and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

• Develop and execute ERM’s strategic plan for Poland, aligned with global and regional priorities.
• Provide visionary leadership to inspire, guide, and elevate the local team.
• Serve as ERM’s senior representative in Poland, strengthening market reputation and visibility.

Business Development

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across core sectors (Oil & Gas, Mining, Renewables, Power, Manufacturing, Chemical, Pharmaceutical).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Design and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to expand ERM’s client base and market share.

Operational Management

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations to ensure efficient, high‑quality service delivery.
• Lead financial management including budgeting, forecasting, revenue generation, and profitability targets.
• Ensure compliance with Polish regulations and ERM’s global quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.

Team Development

• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent across disciplines and functions.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous learning, excellence, and professional growth.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of team and office life.

Client & Project Management

• Deliver exceptional client experiences supported by innovative, practical sustainability solutions.
• Oversee major projects to ensure on‑time, on‑budget, high‑quality and safe delivery.
