Credit Risk Analyst

Responsibilities

• Review and verify SME credit applications
• Analyse financial statements, reports and credit bureau information
• Assess credit exposure and lending risk
• Cooperate with banks, financial institutions and business partners
• Monitor client transactions and support fraud prevention activities
• Analyse loan portfolio quality and recommend corrective actions
• Work closely with internal risk and business teams
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and procedures

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Banking or similar
• Commercial experience within Credit Risk, Lending or Financial Analysis
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Experience analysing financial statements
• Good English
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a structured corporate environment

Nice to have

• Experience within commercial banking
• Experience with SME lending
• Knowledge of credit bureau reports
• Experience in financial institutions
• Experience supporting lending or credit approval processes
