Job Description - CRM Sponsorship Activation Manager

Our client, a leading digital services provider operating in the iGaming sector is seeking to recruit a Partnership Activation Manager to take ownership of CRM activations across all current and future sponsorships, partnerships, and collaborations. Whether its a top-tier sports team, an entertainment property, or a cultural moment, your mission is to turn brand partnerships into engaging, value-driving player experiences. Youll be the key link between the company commercial deals and CRM execution, ensuring that you extract full value from every partnership and deliver standout campaigns across channels.


Responsibilities

  • Lead CRM activation for all sponsorships and partnerships, translating rights and assets into compelling campaigns.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end activations across all CRM touchpoints: email, SMS, push, in-app, and onsite.
  • Work cross-functionally with CRM, vertical, product, creative, and legal teams to bring partnership campaigns to life.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external rights holders to align on asset usage, timelines, and compliance.
  • Maintain a central calendar of all partnership activation opportunities, ensuring the company stays proactive and coordinated.
  • Drive campaign performance through testing, data insights, and continuous optimization.
  • Help shape the strategic roadmap for how we activate new types of partnerships in CRM.
  • Keep a close eye on trends and competitor activity to inspire new and better ways to activate.


Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in CRM, campaign planning, or brand/partnership activation, ideally in a digital-first environment.
  • Experience in online gambling, e-commerce, or another fast-moving, regulated industry is a ideal.
  • Strong understanding of how to turn partnership rights into engaging, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Comfortable managing projects and working cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Creative mindset with a commercial edge, you know how to make campaigns exciting and effective.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with external partners and internal teams.
  • A passion for sports, entertainment, or cultural partnerships, and the impact they can have when done right.
