Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to travel bookings, accommodations, and services via phone, email, and chat in Croatian.
• Provide detailed information regarding reservation processes, cancellation policies, and promotional offers.
• Assist customers with modifications to their bookings, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
• Effectively resolve issues and complaints, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.

• Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
