Position: Cross-functional Services & Processes Leader

(Service Management Processes Leader)

Based: Poland – remote position

The individual will oversee & integrate the operational execution of service management processes like asset & lifecycle management, config management, supplier management, capacity management, DR & HA, patching across all Infrastructure technologies. This role will be focused on cross-functional management from operational perspective and will supervise our managed services providers (MSPs) & vendors on the effective execution and building governance & interfaces between processes and various team to drive process & service excellence. The incumbent will also drive cross-functional continuous improvement plan and seek for processes & services automation.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervising the execution of service management processes (asset, config, supplier management etc.) and drive adaption, optimization and adherence across all technology teams and functions. Implement & maintain the governance & management. system to optimize execution by our MSPs & vendors and ensure continuous improvement and compliance.


• Overseeing the operational activities & governance of cross-functional services. Incumbent will be the key point of contact for all aspects regarding DR, HA, patching, service transition and automation, will work closely with our managed service providers (MSPs) and vendors to ensure that infrastructure is maintained and meets our business requirements


• Cooperate with Architects & Tower leads on implementation & maintenance of automation of operations & processes execution


• Collaborate with the Business Continuity management & ITSM team for end-to-end IT service management processes execution to ensure service high-availability and continuity


• Build and maintain capacity & perf management. process and optimize asset management. & lifecycle management. to ensure control on the technology condition and modernization

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a significant working experience (15 or more years)


• 10 years’ experience in service & process management, and service delivery


• 3+ years of experience working with managed service providers


• 5+ years of experience in project management and strategic planning


• 5+ year experience with formal team leadership


• Experience with transformation programs


• Experience with Agile, IaC and DevOps


• Certification in ITIL V4 or V3
