Job Description - Customer Care Representative with Danish

Your Tasks

  • Orders processing using SAP software,

  • Ensuring invoices accuracy and discrepancy corrections in SAP and e-invoicing systems,

  • Handling of returns and complaints,

  • Managing customer database to ensure data accuracy and integrity,

  • Maintaining positive customer relations via phone, email, and chat within the Salesforce  System,

  • Sustaining positive relations with business partners and other departments.

Your Profile

  • Good command of English (at least B2/C1 level) written and spoken

  • Excellent knowledge of Danish is a must

  • Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system will be an asset

  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM system will be a plus

  • Good knowledge of MS Office package

  • Customer centric approach

  • Proactive and problem solving attitude

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
