We provide the best solutions and opportunities for our employees with high engagement toward creative thinkers with outstanding financial expertise.\n\nDue to the development of John Deere Bank in Pozna\u0144, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:\n\nCustomer Onboarding Specialist \n\n(Substitution)\n\nPozna\u0144, Poland\n\nYour responsibilities:\u200b\n\n * Perform \u201cKnow-Your-Customer\u201d (KYC) due diligence at the onset of new business relationship with a John Deere Financial customer and during periodical reviews to ensure John Deere Financial complies with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) requirements.\n * Follow up with customers and dealers to ensure receipt of required KYC documentation.\n * Accurately document and update records in required systems.\n * Identify and report \u201cred flags\u201d with regards to AML \u0026 CTF. \n * Review and assess sanctions screening results.\n * Review and improve - in collaboration with John Deere Financial\u2019s compliance team - existing procedures and create new ones if and when required.\n * Possibility to participate in the digital transformation and automation of John Deere Financial\u2019s customer onboarding processes.\n\n\n\n\u200b\n\nOur requirements:\n\n * 2+ years of experience in banking, crypto, fintech covering KYC/AML domain or audit roles within the financial sector.\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree preferably in Business / Law / Compliance / Economics or equivalent work experience.\n * English C1, both written and spoken.\n * Analytical and problem-solving skills.\n * Proven experience of documenting processes in a clear and structured manner.\n * Ability to consistently meet productivity targets without compromising compliance or quality.\n * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with a diverse environment.\n * Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.\n * Customer focused mindset with compliance driven approach.\n\n\n\nNive to have: \n\n * German, Portuguese and/or Spanish are considered a strong advantage.\n * Interest in SQL, data analytics and MS Excel\n\n\n\nWhat we offer:\u200b\n\n * Substitution contract. \n * Strong support for work-life balance, including flexible working hours (start time between 7:00 and 10:00 AM) and a hybrid work model at Business Garden in Pozna\u0144.\n * Opportunities for professional development within the company, with strong support for internal career growth.\n * Employee referral program.\n * Additional vacation days based on length of employment.\n * Holiday allowance when taking at least 2 weeks off.\n * Daily use of a foreign language in a friendly international working environment.\n * Private medical care, life insurance, sports card, meal allowance, language courses, a social fund budget, and various additional fun events in our office.\n * Free access to our e-learning platform, featuring over 1,000 courses.\n\n\n\nPlease attach an English version of your CV.\n\nJohn Deere is an equal opportunity employer.
