As Customer Order Specialist you will join Philips’ Supply Chain. On daily basis you will have a chance to be crucial part of Supply Chain process for Health System products. Your key role will be collaborating and support of our sales departments for the DACH market, managing the quotation process and ensuring accurate order information for order booking.
In our Philips HS portfolio you can find our well-known products such as cardio monitors, ultrasound, defibrillators and diagnostic imaging equipment. Our customers are the most innovative hospitals around the world.
Your role:
Managing incoming customer orders (systems, options and upgrades), overseeing and coordinating the process to complete and correct the order information until the order is booked.
Pro-active collaboration with the Account Managers, Project Managers, Product Managers and other stakeholders until the cases are completed and prepared for further processing in the Supply Chain team
Ensuring timely hand-over of the cases to order management according to the agreed policy
Providing support with further standardizing and documenting the way of working within the sales support team
You're the right fit if:
You have minimum 2 years of experience in matrix organization, within Supply Chain, Master Data, Sales Support/Operations, Customer Service or Finance
You have good communication skills and ability to cooperate with multiple functions to deliver results
You have the ability to prioritize your work and attention to detail
You are fluent in German language (C1 level) and good command of English language (at least B1 level)
You have knowledge of SAP or other ERP, and Salesforce (would be an advantage)
