Job Description - Customer Service Administrator

In Szczecin we are Business Centre that is responsible for global financial operations, orders administration, HR and IT support, marketing & data analysis activities, and many others. About the department


ATOS Operations is a team within the structure of our Global Growth Support department. The team is located in Piastów Office Center – a modern and comfortable work environment. It is mainly responsible for preparing documents for invoicing, handling prescriptions and entering orders for customers. We offer a possibility to work in an international company and cooperate with German partners. Due to business specifics, the job is office based.


 


Currently, we are looking for a new colleague for a temporary contract (approx. 18 months) with a possibility to be prolonged.


 



You will be mainly responsible for:



  • Preparing reimbursement related documents and prescriptions

  • Issuing invoices for payors and customers

  • Managing data in a CRM system

  • Identifying process improvements and efficiencies

  • Building positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
     


Qualifications:



  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

  • Knowledge of German (min. B1)

  • Knowledge of English (min. B1)

  • Min. 1 year of previous work experience in administration

  • Ability to work with tight deadlines

  • Ability to plan and prioritize tasks
