Customer Service Advisor Swedish Speaker

Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and digital solutions to recruit Swedish-speaking Customer Service Advisors for an airline project in Warsaw, Poland. Your Role

• Handle inbound calls and chats in Swedish.


• Advise customers on flights, fares, rules, and online services.


• Assist with booking changes (dates, destinations, personal details).


• Manage special service requests (wheelchairs, special assistance, pets).


• Process cancellations and ticket refunds.


• Support customers in purchasing tickets and handling different payment methods.


• Provide assistance to passengers experiencing travel difficulties.

Your Qualifications

• Fluent Swedish (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken.


• Strong technical skills (MS Office, browsers, general computer literacy).


• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with customers.


• Previous experience in customer service, digital service platforms, or CRM tools is an advantage.
