Job Description - Customer Service Representative

About The Role


This position is at the heart of Verifone’s operations, ensuring seamless order management and a smooth customer experience. From processing orders in Oracle and coordinating across sales, finance, and logistics, to managing returns and suggesting process improvements, the role offers the perfect mix of structure and problem-solving. It’s an opportunity to use your organizational skills, analytical mindset, and language abilities to make a direct impact on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities: 



  • Processing orders in the system (Oracle and Amdocs) based on the input from customers and sales team

  • Email contact with customers

  • Close cooperation with various internal departments (warehouse, finance, sales, supply, project teams)

  • Generating email acknowledgements to sales team or clients on status of orders processed

  • Order management – overseeing complete order execution

  • Responsible for filing of all sales order requests/changes processed by the department

  • Handling return process

  • Actively proposing process optimizations


Skills and Experience We Desire



  • Willingness to learn, positive energy when in contact with clients and the rest of the team

  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English

  • Experience/background in logistics/supply chain, business administration, customer service (SSC/BPO) will be a plus

  • Flexibility for handling new tasks

  • Ability to work in a team

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Open-minded and constructive attitude towards tasks

  • Ability to prioritize, analytical skills, can-do attitude and ability to multi-task
