Job Description - Customer Service Representative (f/m/d)

PAIR Finance was founded in Germany in 2016 with the vision of making the debt collection industry in Europe more digital, efficient and customer-centric. Our debt collection process is focused on this vision and our mission to collect efficiently without jeopardizing the customer relationship. Especially in the amicable collection phase, our innovative approach using AI allows us to make a real difference compared to the approach of traditional providers and act in a more service-oriented way.

We are now expanding our team in Poland. For the further development and expansion of our customer service team, we are looking for a motivated Customer Service Agent (f/m/d) ideally with relevant experience in the debt collection field based in the Warsaw area.

Do you have a listening ear for customers and can you communicate in a solution-oriented way? Do you enjoy working in a fast growing company? Then we are looking for you to join our Polish customer service team! Become part of our international team that is changing the traditional debt collection industry with innovation and passion!

Communication with customers by phone, e-mail, chat and letters and negotiating terms of debt repayment.
Handling of legal issues, such as inquiries from debt counseling agencies, or criminal charges and being a contact person for the bailiff on court files.
Coordinating client inquiries to the right contact persons, including inquiries about data protection.
Process files in a commercially effective manner and maintain CRM systems.
Collecting feedback from clients and customers and thus supporting the improvement of technology and services.
Further development of internal processes and structures to strengthen the own team.

Experience in B2C customer service, ideally with a focus on receivables management/debt collection.
Passion for contributing to fast-paced environments and to continuously improve processes and standards.
Hands-on and solution-oriented way of working.
Mandatory business fluent communication skills in Polish and German (written and spoken) as well as good English knowledge (B2+).
Good MS Office skills and a passion for new technologies such as AI.
