You’ll be the go-to person for our key accounts, ensuring every interaction feels seamless, supportive, and efficient. Your work will directly shape our customers’ experience and help us deliver on our promise of reliability and care.

What You’ll Do

• Be the trusted point of contact for key accounts, guiding them through our products and services.
• Process and follow up on orders with accuracy, transparency, and speed.
• Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to ensure smooth, timely deliveries.
• Handle customer inquiries and claims proactively, providing clear and helpful solutions.
• Monitor forecasts, report deviations, and collaborate to improve accuracy and service.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
• Help maximize sales by offering solutions, alternatives, and expert guidance.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in customer-facing roles.
• Fluency in English and German; comfort working internationally.
• Strong system skills: MS Office, SAP (Order & Quality Management), EDW reports.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities with a positive approach.
• Team-player mindset with a willingness to support and learn.
• Knowledge or interest in automotive/industrial sectors is a plus.
• Customer-centric focus with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Understanding of supply chain and order-to-cash processes.
• Enthusiasm for growing, contributing, and thriving in a collaborative environment.
