Customer Service Specialist - Dutch Speaker

Are you commercially minded, customer-oriented, and interested in technology and hydraulics? Then we’re looking for you!

What will you be doing?

In this versatile role, you’ll operate at the intersection of customer service and sales. You will be the key point of contact for customers seeking our hydraulic solutions, such as tipping systems. You’ll assist clients, think along on technical solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting and advising dealers & customers on our products and solutions.


• Proactively contacting both new and existing clients.


• Preparing and following up on quotations.


• Processing orders in our ERP system.


• Informing customers about lead times, pricing, and delivery terms.


• Thinking along with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.


• Managing and following up on customer inquiries and complaints.


• Collaborating with colleagues from Finance, After Sales, and Logistics.


• Monitoring trends and developments in the market.

What do we ask of you?

• Experience in a commercial or technical inside sales role is a plus.


• Interest in technology (experience with hydraulics is an advantage but not required).


• You enjoy customer interaction and are able to switch easily between tasks.


• You work accurately and like to think ahead.


• Fluent Dutch language (at least C1 level)
