Customer Service Specialist
We're Hiring: Order Management Specialist – German Speaker
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth order fulfillment across borders? Join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting our European customers!
🌍 What You'll Do
- ✅ Manage customer orders to ensure timely delivery across European countries.
- 📞 Maintain daily contact with customers to adjust orders based on product availability and delivery timelines.
- 🚚 Monitor open orders and proactively ensure on-time delivery.
- 🤝 Collaborate with Account Managers, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to provide seamless service.
🧩 Your Role Includes
- Handle order modifications, cancellations, and customer queries.
- Communicate delivery updates and resolve transportation issues.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams to resolve order issues.
- Resolve EDI and Master Data errors.
- Finalize orders and manage exceptions that automation (RPA bots) can't process.
👤 About You
- 🎓 Experience in Customer Service or Order-to-Cash processes.
- 💬 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 📊 Comfortable working with large datasets; proficient in Excel, SAP and Zendesk.
- 🚀 Proactive, solution-oriented, and driven by results.
- 🌍 Fluent in German and English.
