Location: Katowice


Hybrid model of working

Fixed-term contract for 1 year with possibility of extension


 


We're Hiring: Customer Service Team Leader with German


Are you ready to join a dynamic team and make an impact in Supply Chain operations and play a key role in supporting our European customers?


What You'll Do


✅ Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth order processing
✅ Be the go-to expert for SAP queries within the team
✅ Deliver proactive, high-quality service to internal and external clients
✅ Enter customer orders manually in SAP and verify automated EDI orders
✅ Manage inventory allocation and coordinate delivery notes with logistics
✅ Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Demand Planning to resolve order issues
✅ Identify and escalate challenges promptly
✅ Drive improvement projects and optimize order flows
✅ Lead short-term product flow management to fulfill customer orders
✅ People Management: Delegate tasks, set deadlines, monitor performance, motivate, and coach team members


So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
 


About You


2+ years of experience in similar roles


✔️ SAP experience (1+ year preferred)


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and German level (B2 or higher))


Comfortable working with large datasets; proficient in Excel, SAP and Zendesk.


Proactive, solution-oriented, and driven by results.
