Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (On-site)
EU Passport required
️Languages: Polish (C2/native) + English (B2+)
Contract Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday
️Relocation support provided if you're moving from abroad

What Youll Be Doing:

• Provide customer support via chat, email, or phone with professionalism and empathy

• Assist with product, account, and service-related inquiries

• Record customer interactions and ensure accurate documentation

• Escalate complex issues when necessary to internal teams

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure user satisfaction
