Your Responsibilities

• Managing customs clearance processes and preparing customs declarations in line with applicable regulations.


• Verifying the accuracy and completeness of customs documentation to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.


• Liaising with customs authorities and representing the company in matters related to customs procedures.


• Performing customs-related activities in a timely and accurate manner while monitoring the progress of customs clearances.


• Entering and maintaining shipment and customs-related data in dedicated systems.


• Monitoring and administering financial guarantees related to customs operations and maintaining the required records.


• Ensuring the accuracy and availability of data necessary for the correct invoicing of customs services.


• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, proactively addressing operational challenges and preventing delays.


• Supporting post-clearance activities, including customs claims, audits, verifications, and customs proceedings.


• Following company policies, procedures, and quality standards to deliver a high level of service.

Our Expectations

• Previous experience in a similar customs-related role.


• English language proficiency at a minimum A2/B1 level.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Willingness to work in a shift-based environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with the HUZAR customs application.


• Knowledge of customs regulations and procedures within an international logistics environment.
