Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support to Czech-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding the company’s products, services, and technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively.
• Document all interactions with customers accurately in the CRM system.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and product knowledge.

• Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
