Due to the intensive expansion of our structure, we are looking for ambitious candidates for the position of: DC FACILITY MANAGER

• Ensure DC operations comply with standards and local regulations.
• Maintain the DC facility and infrastructure in optimal condition.
• Achieve DC goals and action plans.
• Supervise new investments and projects.
• Understand and manage contract and tender requirements.
• Coordinate supervision of external contractors on-site.
• Ensure external contractors fulfill obligations and agreements.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation for DC installations and equipment.
• Collaborate closely with the Security & Safety Manager to develop a unified approach to DC issues.
• Initiate sustainable processes and review existing systems from a sustainability perspective.
• Manage budgeting processes for Facility and MHE, working with the DC Manager.
• Supervise training of subordinate employees in all relevant areas, including facility maintenance.

• Proficient in business English for effective communication.
• Strong understanding of global policies, standards, and local regulations.
• In-depth expertise in DC operational processes, including multifunctional aspects.
• Holistic approach with a broad perspective and vision.
• Proactive in identifying and resolving potential risk areas, aligned with company values.
