Dealer Development Specialist (F/M)

location: central Poland

Duties:

• Support District Sales Managers in dealer’s development process (identifying development areas, creating development strategy, implementation and audit)


• Select and implement activities that will further boost DeLaval leadership though selected dealer organization


• Implementation of learning/training platform for dealers


• Development of customer service standards

Requirements:

• Masters degree in agricultural sciences or livestock science: agricultural engineer or equivalent


• Minimum 3 years of experience in working with distributors/dealers in agricultural industry


• Very good analytical skills, working with KPIs


• Good communication and presentation skills


• Communicative English


• Self-motivated/starter, who takes ownership of the business


• Working through and with people in a cross - functional manner, must be a good team collaborative worker


• Effective priority management skills, ability to prioritize between conflicting demands


• Training capabilities


• Efficient Planner


• Willingness to travel at country level
