Your role: Join our Supply Chain team and play a key role in shaping the accuracy and efficiency of our demand planning across one of our key European markets.


We’re looking for a Demand Planner who thrives in crossfunctional environments and enjoys turning data into meaningful business decisions. If you are proactive, results-oriented, and eager to develop in the field of demand planning while leading critical S&OP processes in the world's largest tea company, we invite you to apply!


 


Your key responsibilities:


•          Forecasting: Own Demand for one of the markets in Europe, using sales history and assumptions from business, take part in S&OP process


•          Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and production teams to gather insights and ensure alignment on demand planning strategies.


•          Data Analysis: Analyze demand patterns, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve overall forecast accuracy.


•          System Management: Utilize demand planning software - Kinaxis Rapid Response to support forecasting efforts and maintain accurate data.


 


What we are looking for:


•          Minimum 2 years of experience in demand planning, preferably in the FMCG sector.


•          Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.


•          Experience in demand planning software such as Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, or SAP APO.


•          Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI and SAP/4HANA is a plus.


•          Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis.


•          Fluency in English and Polish.


•          Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
