Digital Change Facilitator

Being part of the e-aperam team, the Digital Change Facilitator will guide the deployment of e-aperam new & existing features across Aperam units. The position will consist in preparing and rolling out deployment plans in coordination with the local and e-aperam team and assisting during the implementation phase. 

Being in close contact with business teams, you will also help identify potential efficiency gains and participate in preparation of new projects. 

Promoting e-aperam platforms through various means will also be part of this role.

Responsibilities :

• Deployment assistance to local units (new - existing features) : deployment plan preparation - training - follow-up - metrics (usage & benefits) - change management
• CRM reboost! Project : facilitate the workshops - clarify & prioritize the needs
• Help identifying needs & estimating benefits for new projects : mobile features - dashboard - AI tools
• Push usage of reporting tools (PBI) : Review usage - Promote & train - Adjust & standardize
• Promotion & Marketing : Digital days (physical / remote) - Highlight benefits - delivered value
• Documentation / training kits / Best practices
• Prioritize wishes (analyze requests - prioritize)
• Improve Eloqua integration
• Organize/Reinforce user network (head of sales / key users) - demonstrate - Identify best practices - measure efficiency - decommission local tools - success stories - Newsletter
• Potential additional activities :
  • Extend competencies in transport management and order planning
  • Bench marking (competition - market tools)
  • Initiate discussion with additional units (recycling - BioEnergia)

The candidate :

• Will have a good knowledge of 
  • e-aperam sales related modules (front & back office) 
  • Aperam legacy systems (Sidonie - SAP) 
  • Aperam business processes
• Is a team player, used to managing projects and is motivated in helping teams to improve their processes
• Has good presentation skills (projects - reports - marketing)
• English fluency is a must, French and any other language considered as an asset
• Few business trips (Europe) might be required (max 6x/year)
