Job Description - Digital Marketing Senior Specialist

Digital Marketing Senior Specialist

Miejsce pracy: Wrocław

Your responsibilities

  • Marketing activities related to increasing customer loyalty
  • Oversee the implementation, codification, scaling, execution and tracking of consumer engagement strategies and campaigns, as well as personalisation initiatives
  • Work closely with business unit marketing teams, media agencies and key media partners to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness
  • Identify barriers to audience-based campaign development and activation and develop solutions through stakeholder education and engagement
  • Execute and optimise campaigns in collaboration with managers
  • Tracking the results of personalisation implementation, communicating findings and incorporating them into future planning
  • Reporting on the productivity of personalisation and reuse activities

Employer requirements

  • Experience in the digital and FMCG / retail industry
  • Product ownership experience with a proven track record of delivering successful products
  • Experience and knowledge of B2C communication practices for FMCG/Retail
  • Experience of using analytics and transactional data in digital marketing
  • Excellent organisational, presentation and communication skills
  • Adaptability
  • Ability to understand data from customers
  • Familiarity with various marketing automation capabilities such as SalesForce Email Studio, Adobe Experience
  • Platform, Cheetah Experiences, Google DV360, Monday.com, Bynder & Sprinklr will be an advantage
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to manage and communicate
  • Proactivity in finding solutions
  • Fluency in English (min. C1)
  • Flexible and responsive approach
  • Proactive attitude
