We are seeking a senior technology leader to oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and applications across a complex, fast-moving organisation. The role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on leadership to manage people, processes, and technology at scale.
Responsibilities:
⢠Lead multiple teams covering infrastructure, platforms, and application operations ensuring stability, security, and business continuity
⢠Build a high-performing organisation focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
⢠Drive transformation initiatives across technology and process layers, enhancing efficiency and service delivery
⢠Develop and mentor leaders within the operations structure to strengthen long-term organisational capability
⢠Partner with executive stakeholders to align IT services with business priorities and growth strategy
⢠Oversee vendor partnerships, budgets, and governance frameworks to ensure cost-effective delivery
⢠Foster a culture of innovation and ownership across all technical functions
Requirements
⢠12+ years of professional experience in IT, including 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity
⢠Proven success in managing large, multidisciplinary teams (30â100+ people) across different technical domains
⢠Solid understanding of enterprise-scale infrastructure, cloud, and applications operations
⢠Experience driving operational transformation, process automation, or service excellence initiatives
⢠Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all organisational levels
⢠Fluent English required; additional European languages beneficial
