Dispatcher

Your main responsibilities:

  Assigning shipments to couriers based on optimal routes and delivery priorities to ensure efficient service

  
  


• 
  

  Considering traffic intensity, weather conditions, and regional specifics when planning courier routes

  
  


• 
  

  Quickly responding to delays, delivery problems, and unforeseen situations to minimize operational disruptions

  
  


• 
  

  Resolving ongoing operational issues, such as vehicle breakdowns or recipient availability problems

  
  


• 
  

  Cooperating with the warehouse team to ensure that shipments are prepared and ready for dispatch on time

  
  


• 
  

  Proposing improvements in the organization of courier work to increase efficiency and improve service quality

  
  

This is the right job for you if:

  Have experience in a similar position in a courier company

  
  


• 
  

  Know MS Office, especially Excel, at a good level

  
  


• 
  

  Have a secondary education

  
  


• 
  

  Know the city topography (Łódź and surroundings)

  
  


• 
  

  Stand out with their communicativeness and enjoy cooperating with others

  
  


• 
  

  Are characterized by the ability to independently make decisions and act effectively under stressful conditions

  Are open to shift work
