Job Description - Document Controller

Administration of project documentation within the Project Office
Providing support to Department Managers within the Project Office
Managing the flow of documentation across projects
Developing procedures and processes within the Project Office
Managing the flow of information between the Project Office and other departments within the shipyard
Creating, updating, and archiving documents based on data provided by the Project Team
Updating the status of documents in accordance with project progress
Sending documentation to external partners
Taking initiative and ownership of tasks within the project
Supporting the Project Team in preparing reports related to ongoing projects
Participating in the development of processes and tools used within the Project Support Office team
Close cooperation with Project Managers, the Engineering Team, Procurement, and external partners

Higher education, preferably in the field of management or administration
Knowledge of programs and systems related to the coordination of project documentation flow
Proficiency in MS Office, especially SharePoint
Good command of English and Polish, both spoken and written
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational skills, ability to plan and prioritize tasks
Attention to detail
