Position: Documentation & Certification Engineer
Location: Komorniki, Poznań 
Job type: Full time, hybrid work

As the Documentation & Certification Engineer you will be responsible for:



  • Supervising the accuracy of DHF/TF product documentation (creating and updating product risk analyses and design control documentation, conducting UL certification projects) and analyzing the impact of technical changes on the product and certification.

  • Supporting the complaints department in risk analysis.

  • Assessing the impact of non-conforming components and deviations from documentation on the final product.

  • Collaborating and supporting product design verification.


 


Skills you will need:



  • Higher education in qualitative or technical fields.

  • Experience working with documentation and international legal standards.

  • Ability to read standards and directives.

  • English language proficiency at a minimum level of B2 (this role may have international manager).

  • Communication skills, proactivity, and the ability to work in a team.

  • Experience in a similar position (e.g., machinery safety specialist, system quality specialist, technical writer) is desirable.

  • Knowledge of creating product-related technical documentation (risk analysis, certification reports, documents certifying compliance with regulatory requirements of specific countries).

  • A willingness to develop skills in documentation and certification, as well as in a technical field (product development).

  • Knowledge on MDR, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, FDA 21 CFR 820 will be an advantage.
