E-commerce Category Manager with Czech or Slovak (all genders)

• Define a holistic annual category strategy across key commercial dimensions
• Work with respective Country/Cluster Head to tie category strategy into the broader country
• Collaborate with key central teams/ departments (e.g., VM, Marketing, CRM) to influence strategies
• Continuously analyze main business KPIs across Sales/Category/Customer/Product dimensions and plan correcting actions.
• Recommends adjustments and exceptions of local prices on brand/product level
• Create a full-year promo plan accounting for category dynamics and relevancy, and align actions with central promotion team
• Actively monitor campaign/ promo performance and track budget spend vs. local plan.
• Run topical/brand/product promotions on short notice depending on business need.
• Contribute to the business strategy and requirements for product sorting in PLP and search results
• Contribute to the business strategy and requirements for Up-selling and Cross-selling through the product recommendation boxes
• Collaboration with Graphics and Shop OPS teams for category-related banners.
• Provide inputs for a continuous QA process to Shop Operations and signs-off (if needed) any adjustment in the category content. 

• Relevant experience in a similar FMCG / e-Commerce environment, ideally within pet sector
• Strong commercial and technical skills, with deep understanding of the different core business functions and how they work together
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills with the proven ability to influence at all business levels
• Ability to understand customer needs and market requirements
• Proficiency in English and Native level of Czech or Slovak Language
• Hard working, with a hands-on, results-focused approach
• High analytical and numerical competency
