EHS Specialist

As an EHS Specialist in Lodz, you will play a key role in ensuring a safe, healthy, and environmentally compliant workplace. You will support the organization in maintaining compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, environmental requirements, and corporate standards while driving initiatives that promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement. • Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations, company standards, and corporate EHS requirements.
• Identify workplace risks, conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and drive corrective and preventive actions. 
• Maintain EHS documentation, environmental permits, reports, and legal compliance records, ensuring timely regulatory submissions. 
• Support projects, process improvements, and operational activities by integrating health, safety, and environmental requirements. 
• Deliver EHS guidance and training, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and promote a strong culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
